🙏  Sacred Anuradhapura🙏                         We decided to visit Anuradhapura many years ago. There we proposed to visit the Atamasthana which is worshiped at the pooja.Ruwanweli Maha Seya, Thuparamaya Chaitya, Jayasiri Maha Bodhi, Mirisawetiya, Jethavanaramaya, Abhayagiriya, Lankaramaya and Lowamahapaya are known as Atamasthana. The Ruwanweli Stupa can be introduced as one of the places of worship where we worship.                            It is considered to be the most important dagoba in Anuradhapura today. This is also considered to be the dagoba where the largest number of sacred relics are kept. Our history tells us that the stupa, which was about 370 feet in diameter, was dug seven cubits deep, and the foundations were laid with stones, and the elephants were trampled underfoot with soft clay and iron nets. The relic chamber is made of s...

🙂 A trip to Badulla🙂                          When we say 'waterfall', foreigners know better than we do in Sri Lanka. Ella is such a beautiful city. It is more than 200 km from Colombo but can be reached in 5 to 6 hours. However, when you have a vacation, don't forget to check out these places while circling the falls.                                                                          Little Adam's Peak is one of them. It is a great feature to have a 360 degree view of both the small Sri Pada peak and the Sri Pada peak. Also a place to see the early morning sun service. Apart from that, the Ravana Falls that falls in the distance can be seen here beautifully. Although it is about 400 feet high, it takes at least an hou...

🙂 Travel to Sembuwatta Lake❤️              I had heard of Sembuwatta.Sembuwatta is one of my favorite places to visit. It is located in the Matale area.I was able to visit it as I pleased. From Matale you have to climb a large mountain to reach there.            It was a very cold environment there. There was a lake built on the top of the mountain .It was a beautiful environment. On one side of the lake is a finesse forest. On the other side is a tea eastate.             Its a beautiful place with a cool climate. This beautiful place has attracted many local and foreign tourists.I am afraid that its beauty will be lost due to tourism. If so, its beauty will be lost.I was delighted to see the place around the lake.I think it's so wonderful to be able to go there again .

🙂 A remedy for stress🙂

🙂 A remedy for stress🙂              I used to do various things to reduce the stress on my mind during busy days.Drawing can be taken as something I do to clear the mind like that.                  I'm not good at drawing images that come to my mind.I don't even have the ability to draw.I do it for mental satisfaction. Most of the time I used to watch easy pencil arts on youtube. The small arts in it draw me to the painting. It's important to clear the mind .I smile when I see some of the pictures I have drawn. In fact, they seem to be hand-drawn by someone who does not know how to draw. But I enjoy it.Drawing is a better way to forget about a really busy life.I will continue to do so for my own self-satisfaction.

🙏 The dhaladha perahera🙏     The Perahera can be described as our favorite cultural festival from an early age. When we were little we were getting ready to go to the Perahera with great enthusiasm. The procession starts at night but we prepare to go to see the procession in the morning. We arrive early to pick a place where you can see the procession beautifully. As the time for the Perahera draws near, our desire will increase even more.We lose our temper when we hear the whistleblowers. No matter how long it takes, whether hungry or sleepy, we watch the Dalada Perahera and the Satara Devalaya Perahera without any hesitation. The devotion and the feeling of light that comes from watching the procession is indescribable.               Our minds are refreshed as we go by fireballs, different types of dancers and wes dance. It has always been our practice to count the number of elephants in the procession. The big elephants walk in the proces...
